Tell us what to build

Tell us what is missing. This is the shortest route into what gets built next, and it is read by the person who builds it.

  • The product is being built quickly at the moment. A small thing that fits where it is already going has gone from a message to live in about two days, more than once.
  • That is how the work happens today, not a commitment attached to what you send. As this gets bigger the cycle will stretch, and nothing here is part of what you bought.
  • If we are not going to build it, you get told that. Silence is the one answer this form is meant to remove.
What kind of thing is this

Optional, and not needed if you are signed in — we use the address on your account and ignore this box. Without either there is no way to answer you, which is fine for a note.

Before you write

Most answers are already written down, and the written version is the one that governs: refunds and what happens when a payment fails, what a machine may not be used for, and what we hold about you.
